Industrial Dished End and Metal Forming Processes
With our wide machinery park and lean manufacturing principles; we offer precise custom solutions from cold/warm pressing to heat treatment, and from 3D robotic cutting to surface treatments.
Cold and Warm Pressing
Thanks to our extensive die park with the deep drawing method, we form dished ends with the highest form and dimensional accuracy.
- Ø 21.3 mm - Ø 2,100 mm Diameter Range
- 2 mm - 200 mm Wall Thickness
- High form and dimensional tolerance precision
Dishing and Flanging
We process large diameter tank and pressure vessel heads seamlessly as a single piece on our dishing and flanging machines.
- Up to Ø 8,200 mm diameter in one piece
- 120 mm wall thickness capacity
- Up to 30 tons single piece weight
Heat Treatment
In our high-capacity gas-fired furnaces, we relieve internal material stresses and meet strength standards at temperatures up to 1,200°C.
- Normalization (850 - 980°C)
- Stress Relieving & PWHT (595 - 720°C)
- Solution Annealing (1000 - 1180°C)
3D Robot Cutting and Drilling
With our 3D robotic cutting system, we provide flawless hole and weld preparation opening in radial/axial positions on the dome, knuckle, or flange areas of the heads.
- 85 mm wall thickness in plasma cutting
- 200 mm thickness in oxygen/autogenous cutting
- 3D contour and nozzle transitions
Welding Technologies
We perform high-strength joining with our internationally certified welding personnel and automation systems.
- Plasma-TIG (WIG) Welding

Surface Treatments & Edge Preparation
We perform mechanical grinding, sandblasting, pickling/passivation, and special weld preparation to make the heads ready for assembly and welding.
